Crispy Halloumi Bites with Sweet Chili Glaze

1 block – around 250g Halloumi cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil (for pan-frying) OR cooking spray (for air-frying)

1/4 cup Delicio Sweet Chili Sauce

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Step 1:  Pat the Halloumi block dry with paper towels. Cut it into bite-sized cubes, roughly 1/2 to 3/4 inch (1.5-2 cm) pieces

Step 2: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray (or brush the Halloumi cubes with a tiny bit of olive oil)

Step 3: Place the Halloumi cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd

Step 4: Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the Halloumi cubes are golden brown and crispy on all sides

Step 5: In a small bowl, add the Delicio Sweet Chili Sauce

Step 6: Immediately transfer them to the bowl with the sweet chili sauce. Toss gently with tongs until all the bites are evenly coated.

Serve warm as an appetizer or a flavorful snack. They are best enjoyed immediately
