Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, add the rinsed and drained chickpeas. Use a fork or potato masher to lightly mash about half of the chickpeas. This will create a creamy texture while still leaving some whole for substance.
Step 2: Add the finely diced cucumber, celery, corn and chopped fresh dill to the bowl with the mashed chickpeas
Step 3: Pour in the Delicio Light Ranch dressing.
