3 chicken thighs, skinless

½ tbsp red chilli powder

½ tbsp cumin powder

½ tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp chopped onions

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp green chillies, chopped

½ tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp capsicum finely chopped

2 tbsp Delicio Truffle Mayonnaise

Step 1: In a bowl, place the chicken thighs. You can also use or combine chicken breasts for extra flavour. Making slits over the chicken pieces enhances flavor

Step 2: Add all the ingredients over the chicken and rub well to marinade it. Pro tip: insert the chillies, capsicum and onion in between the slits of the chicken and rub the spices over the chicken for best flavour

Step 3: Marinade the chicken for ½ an hour and overnight results are the best. Bake/air fry it for 16 to 18 minutes until it is crisp and brown on top of the chicken

The chicken is ready. Serve it with boiled rice and salad
