3 medium Green Apple diced

4 large Cucumber diced

1 large Red Capsicum diced

1/4 cup Green Onion chopped

1 bag mixed lettuce cleaned

1/4 cup fresh mint chopped

Sprig of fresh mint leaves for garnish

4 tbsp DELICIO Italian Dressing

In a mixing bowl, place the cucumber and green apple, capsicum, green onion, 1/2 packet of mixed leaves and chopped t.

Add the Dressing to the bowl. Mix everything together.

Place the remaining mixed lettuce in a serving plate, put the cucumber mixture on the top of mixed lettuce.

Serve the salad chilled and garnished with fresh mint leaves.
