2 large Sweet Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Delicio Jalapeno Sauce
Delicio Yoghurt Mayonnaise
2 large Sweet Potatoes washed and cut into wedges

Delicio Yoghurt Mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Toss the sweet potatoes, oil and Sweet Jalapeno Sauce together in a large bowl
Arrange the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes then flip them over and cook again until cooked through
Remove from oven. Serve warm with Yoghurt mayo on the side
