DIRECTIONS
Preheat a grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Place the skewers into a basin of water and allow soaking while you prepare ingredients.
Place salmon, mango, bell peppers and onion chunks into a bowl. In a small bowl, stir BBQ sauce, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper until well mixed.
Pour the sauce over the salmon, mango, pepper and onion chunks; toss to coat.
Thread skewers with alternating pieces of salmon, mango, bell peppers and onion chunks.
Grill the skewers on the preheated grill, turning every few minutes, until each side of the skewered salmon shows brown grill marks and cooked.
Remove from the grill and serve it with your favorite salad or rice.
