INGREDIENTS
700 g chicken breast boneless, skinless
Oil for pan fry
1 small Green Capsicum chopped
10 small Mushrooms sliced
DELICIO Fungi Sauce
2 bay leaves
75 ml cream fresh
Salt and Pepper to tase

Heat the oil in a large pan. Add capsicum and mushroom, sauté over medium heat until soft
Add the Funghi Sauce and bay leaves and stir. Simmer for 5 min
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken breasts and pan fry until browned and just cooked on both sides
Remove from the pan and cut into thick slices, 2cm deep, Add the chicken slices to the tomato sauce
Stir to coat chicken breasts in tomato sauce, simmer until cooked. Remove the bay leaves,
add cream and season with salt and pepper and serve as required.
