INGREDIENTS
2 avocado firm-ripe
60 g Flour
1 large Egg beaten
100 g Panko Breadcrumbs
Delicio Chipotle Sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Pepper Powder

Peel the avocado and slice into thick slices
Add chipotle hot sauce and keep it aside
Mix the little of chipotle sauce to egg and keep it in a small bowl
In second bowl, bring flour separately.
In a third bowl, bring breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder and mix
Take the slices of avocado and dredge them in the flour, then dip then in egg
Then dredge them in breadcrumb mixture, coating all sides
Place the avocados in baking tray
Bake it in a pre-heated oven until golden brown
Remove from oven and serve it with Ranch dressing
