INGREDIENTS
120 g Semi Sweet Chocolate
120 g Butter
2 medium Whole Eggs
70 g Sugar
70 g Flour

4 Ramekins or i Cake cups

In a double boiler, melt chocolate.
Once chocolate is melted, remove pan from heat and add in butter.
Mix until the butter melts.
In a bowl, beat Eggs and Sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add chocolate/butter mixture into the eggs, slowly.
Add flour and fold until well incorporated.
Pour in mixture about 3/4 way full in a ramekins or i cake cups.
Place ramekins on a baking tray in pre-heated oven 180 deg C for 15- 18 minutes.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or Whipped cream.
