Grilled Chili Shrimp Wrap with Chili Mayo

  • INGREDIENTS

    8 medium Shrimps cleaned and deveined

    2 tsp Garlic chopped

    2 tbsp Olive Oil

    2 tbsp lemon juice

    1/2 handful coriander leaves chopped

    Salt & Pepper to taste

    1 small Cucumber thinly sliced

    1 small Tomato thinly sliced

    1/2 cup Green lettuce shredded

    1 8’’-inch Tortilla Bread

    Delicio® Chili Mayo

  • DIRECTIONS

    Marinate the shrimps with oil, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper

    Grill the shrimps until cooked thoroughly

    Spread the Chili Mayo over the tortilla bread

    Layer the bread with cooked shrimps, cucumber, tomato and lettuce

    Roll tightly

    Grill the wrap until top & bottom get grill marks

    Cut into half and serve with French fries
