8 no’s Chicken Thighs, boneless, skinless
1 medium Red onion finely sliced
1 sprig Roasted Cashew Nuts leaves finely chopped
3 clove Garlic sliced

100 ml Water

Heat half the oil in a non-stick pan, and then cook the chicken all over. Add half the chopped rosemary, stir to coat; set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, heat the rest of the oil; gently cook the onion until soft. Add the garlic and remaining rosemary; fry until fragrant. Pour in the Siciliana Sauce and water. Bring to the boil.
Return the chicken pieces to the pan. Cover and cook until chicken cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Tips: Serve with a bread or steamed rice.
