Dori fillet, Zaatar, tzatziki & roasted bokchoy

Tender and flavoured dori fillet with creamy Greek Tzatziki dip.

  • INGREDIENTS

    4 Dori filets or 130 grams

    2 tbsp Zaatar

    8 slices of tomato or 5 mm

    1 cucumber

    2 tbsp chopped dill

    4 small stumps Bok Choy

    2 tbsp Greek yogurt

    2 tbsp Delicio® Garlic Mayo

    Pepper and salt

    1 tbsp Delicio® Hot sauce

    Sunflower oil for grilling and frying

  • DIRECTIONS

    Grate the cucumber (unpeeled), sprinkle a little salt and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Then out the water from cucumbers.

    Mix the cucumber with Garlic Mayo, yogurt, dill, pepper and salt to prepare tzatziki.

    Season the fish fillets with some pepper and salt and bread the fillets in the Za’atar mix.

    Cut the Bok Choy stumps roughly and stir fry in oil until almost done.

    Sprinkle a little salt and Delicio Hot Sauce.

    Heat a layer of oil in a non-stick pan and fry the breaded fish fillets over high heat.

    Slightly fry the tomato slices in the same pan, season with pepper and salt

    Place the stir-fried bok choy in the middle of the plate, the fish on top of it.

    Keep two slices of tomatoes on top and top it with a spoonful of tzatziki and drizzle some around.
