12 medium chicken drumsticks skin removed

2 tbsp Oil

Water as required

10 tbsp Delicio Spicy BBQ Sauce

1 tbsp fresh Garlic chopped

1 tbsp fresh Ginger chopped

2 tbsp fresh Chives for garnish chopped

In a heavy large saucepan, brown chicken on high for 3-4 minutes with a little oil

Add water, Delicio Spicy BBQ Sauce, garlic, ginger and cook on high until liquid comes to a boil

Season with salt and pepper

Remove from heat and transfer the chicken into baking sheet

Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the chicken and bake it in pre-heated oven until chicken cooked thoroughly

Transfer chicken to a platter and pour sauce on top. Serve hot and garnished with fresh chives
