Whole-Grain Banana Pancakes

Fluffy and wholesome

  • INGREDIENTS

    1 medium ripe Banana mashed

    100 g Yoghurt

    100 g Brown Sugar

    2 tbsp Delicio Banana Essence

    150 ml Milk

    2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

    80 g Wheat Flour

    60 g All Purpose flour

    40 g Oats roughly grind using food processer

    1 tbsp ground Flax Seeds

    1 tsp Baking Powder

    pinch of Salt

    50 g Butter melted

    1 Egg

  • DIRECTIONS

    Whisk together banana, yoghurt and sugar until sugar combines well.

    Add Banana essence, egg, milk and stir well.

    In another bowl, combine cinnamon powder, flours, oats, flax seed, baking powder, salt and mix well.

    Now add the flour mixture to banana mixture. Gently mix the batter until smooth.

    Add butter and gently mix; cover the batter and keep 10 minutes to stand.

    Batter should be little thick in consistency. Heat the non-stick pan and spoon in the batter.

    Cook the pancake for 2 minutes on each sides till golden fluffy.
