INGREDIENTS
75 g Butter melted
1/2 cup Sugar
1 medium Eggs
2 tsp Delicio Vanilla Essence
2 Bananas ripe
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
75 g Butter melted
1/2 cup Sugar
1 medium Eggs
2 tsp Delicio Vanilla Essence
2 Bananas ripe
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
Sieve flour, baking soda and baking powder to a mixing bowl.
Place butter and sugar in a bowl, using an electric whisk, beat until creamy.
Add eggs and Delicio Vanilla Essence.
In a bowl, mash bananas, add milk.
Add this to the butter and egg mixture.
Add flour and walnuts, whisk until perfectly mixed. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg C for 25- 30 minutes or until done then remove from the oven.
De-mold the cake and let it cool some time.
Slice the cake nicely and serve warm.
