INGREDIENTS
1 carrot
450 gr small white cabbage
300 gr small red cabbage
½ red onion peeled and very finely sliced
10 tbs Delicio© Mustard Mayo
Salt + freshly grounded black pepper

Salt + freshly grounded black pepper
Peel the carrots, cut in thin strips.
Slice the cabbage as finely as you can with a sharp knife.
Place the carrot and cabbage in a bowl with the sliced red onion and mix well with the Mustard Mayo.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Garnishing with some chopped parsley, cut almonds and slices of fresh apple
