Baked Moroccan Fish with Siciliana Sauce

  • INGREDIENTS

    4 each 100g Dori filets

    2 tbsp Garlic Powder

    1 tbsp Paprika Powder

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    3 tbsp Olive Oil

    1 tbsp Coriander Seeds

    1 tbsp Cumin Seeds

    150 g Garbanzo Beans drained & rinsed

    DELICIO Siciliana Sauce

    fresh Coriander Leaves for garnish

  • DIRECTIONS

    Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and roast until slightly fragrant

    Add garbanzo beans and let it cook for few minutes

    Add the Siciliana sauce and let it boil

    Check the seasoning and remove from heat

    Meantime, season both sides of fish fillets with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper, and then lightly mist with an olive oil mister.
