INGREDIENTS
500 g Lamb Meat ground
3 clove Garlic chopped
1/4 bunch parsley chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp all spice powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp pine nuts

In a bowl, mix the meat, garlic, onion, parsley, allspice, salt and pepper. Divide the meat into portions, about the size of lime. Gently roll each portion between your palms, creating round shaped balls. Set aside.
Add oil to a wide skillet and roast the pine nuts over medium heat stirring constantly until golden in color. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
Add the meatballs in batches to the same skillet and sear the balls on both sides until cooked. Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the sauce in the same skillet and cook over medium heat. Stir to incorporate.
Season to taste. Return the meatballs to the skillet and bring the mixture to the bail. Remove from heat and add the toasted pine nuts. Serve hot.
