INGREDIENTS
500 ml Milk
1 tbsp Delicio Rose Essence
1/2 Cup white sugar
5 tbsp cornstarch

5 tbsp cornstarch
Whisk milk, rose essence, sugar and cornstarch together in a saucepan until smooth
Place over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, and cook until at boil
Remove from heat immediately; stir a few times to help it cool
Divide the mixture between 4 serving glasses
refrigerate until set and serve chilled
