INGREDIENTS
Delicio Napolitana Sauce
parsley Chopped, for garnish
700 g minced lamb
5 cloves Garlic finely chopped
2 large Onions finely minced
1/2 bunch parsley finely chopped
2 tbsp spices for kofta
Salt and Pepper to taste

Bring the kofta ingredients in a bowl
Add small quantity of sauce and mix until combined well
Shape the mixture into mini koftas
Grill them on a medium heat until just cooked
Heat the remaining Sauce in a pan
Add the koftas and toss to coat the kabob with the sauce
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve war
