450 ml Double Cream
100 ml Milk
3 sheets agar agar (china grass)
Delicio Rose Essence
Delicio Vanilla Essence
100 g Sugar for syrup
50 ml Water for syrup

In a medium saucepan, combine cream, milk, sugar, agar agar and bring to a boil. Stir well until agar agar and sugar gets melt completely
Remove from the heat. Add both essence and mix well
Pour the mixture into 4 jelly molds and place it in a chiller to quickly chill the panna cotta
Meanwhile, combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook until get the syrup consistency. Remove from heat; add both essence and chill quickly same like panna cotta
Drizzled panna cotta with vanilla rose syrup and serve chilled
