5 color Saffron

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup Flour

In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil. Once the sugar dissolved, add the saffron and rose essence. Cook until to reach the syrup texture. Remove from heat.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat. Add the flour slowly and mix with the butter to make a paste. Slowly add the rose syrup and blend well. Remove from the heat
Immediately pour the mixture onto a serving plate and allow to cool completely.
Cut into small serving pieces and serve chilled.
