INGREDIENTS
1 KG Red snapper filleted Fresh fish
Salt to taste
30 g Sumac Powder
30 g oregano
1 lemon juice
Delicio Arrabbiata pasta sauce
2 tbsp Oil diced
1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
1 Red Bell peppers diced

Sauté peppers in oil for a minute then pour the sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle some oregano and sumac. Keep the sauce aside
Now, rinse the fish fillets with water then place in a baking tray. Rub the fish with a bit of salt, sumac and oregano. Squeeze on lemon juice and bake it in a pre-heated oven.
Once the fish is cooked, spoon on the sauce covering the fish.
Bake again until the sauces infuses well into the meat then serve hot along with a side of preferred salad.
